When you first contact us, we will schedule an appointment to meet you in your home or our showroom to talk about your vision for your kitchen or bath and to review the cabinet, counter-top, flooring and hardware options that interest you. Once we have an idea of what you want and we have taken measurements in your home, we will draw a custom floor plan incorporating both your taste and our own expertise in kitchen planning. Usually there are several options in regard to the floor plan, and if there are we draw up variations. There is no charge for measuring or initial design work and you are never under any obligation to purchase any products, services or plans. At this point we schedule another meeting where we explain the designs and the the various floor plan options. This meeting usually takes place in our showroom so you can see our cabinet and counter-top samples. If at this point, you want to take our design plans with you, we will ask for a design fee that can be applied to any cabinet or remodeling purchase from us and the design and measurements will be your property. This means there is no charge for measuring and design services with the purchase of the cabinets or remodeling.
The next step is to determine details of cabinetry including wood species, door styles and colors. This is also when we work closely with you to make decisions on all of the small details that make your custom cabinets the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
This includes some things like roll-out trays, pull-out garbage bins, pantry cabinets and under-cabinet lighting.
Once the features of your new kitchen have been chosen, we provide a free estimate that covers the scope of the work that you would like to have done. This estimate is not a contract and can be changed according to your requests.
When we contract with you for your kitchen remodel we will take care of the ordering process and let you know as soon as installation can begin. We take care of the complete remodel, and since we take pride in the quality of our work and pay close attention to detail, you can trust that your kitchen will be finished in the most professional manner.
